Christmas Tour Part II

Kids Trees

Every year I let the girls decorate trees in their rooms. They each took the left over lime green ornaments from the family room garland and added their own touch.

McKenzie decided to add ribbons to hers and then she used a cup cake garland and candies from our ginger bread tree that we had last year.

Morgan Painted and glittered her ornaments

The Ginger Bread House

Friday after school, McKenzie invited two of her best friends, Ginny Bell and Sarah to come over and decorate a ginger bread house.

If you look closely one of the ginger bread men is missing a few buttons

Believe it or not, some of the candy actually made it on the house.

How fun! I bet the kids will remember this for ever.
The tree was darling.
IfI could vote on a winning tree this year, it would be your main one. It stands out in my mind as spectacular!

Hugs and Merry Christmas!

I love that each of your girls have trees in their rooms. That is such a wonderful idea! They did a really good job decorating them. They must have their mother's knack for decorating! :)
The gingerbread party looks like so much fun. It has been forever since we did something like that.
Have a wonderful week!

Amy,
I'm so glad you love your apron...and so do your girls. I can make them their very own if you'd like. Love the gingerbread house...we did the same. So much fun!

I would be eating the candy. Clearly not the best thing for my waistline! Thanks so much for sharing, looks like a ton of fun!

I love the kids' trees! Just adorable.

And I eat all the gingerbread house candy. Can't really blame the kids for that one.

I love your girls' trees. My girls also have little trees in their rooms and love to decorate them according to their personalities. Thanks for the tour -- the gingerbread houses also looked really fun.
